Polaris Art came to be out of a recognition of the need for artists to be able to show and sell their work online without having to redirect their artistic talents and efforts to becoming skilled in all of the technical aspects of creating and managing their own websites. While some artists may have the time, resources, and technical ability to create and manage their own website, it has been our experience that the vast majority do not.
Through our membership and involvement with several artist associations, we have spoken with many artists and have endeavored to create a site that provides all of the benefits of having a web presence with as few technical requirements as possible. We work closely with each Member Artist to configure their Personal Gallery Pages and then to update and/or add new artwork to their pages each month.
Our site allows our very talented Member Artists to show their work to a much wider audience - the world, in fact - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Customers are able to see and purchase artwork that they otherwise may never have known existed. All of the artwork on Polaris Art is for sale and therefore offers our Customers a wide and continually changing gallery of fine art. Our Newsletter keeps both Customers and Member Artists informed when new Member Artists and Artwork is added to our Online Gallery.
